The first edition was published to critical acclaim in 1997. Since then, it has sold more copies than Underhill & Hayton on Trusts – which is the “bible” of English trust law. The 2nd edition will update and expand the work, taking into account the significant changes in trust and tax law over the last 5 years. Publication is expected in 2007: watch this space!
